This versatile range is designed to mill a broad range of edge preparation types to suit the sheet, plate and pipe industries. Decades of dedication and experience ensures our machinery is the force to be reckoned with in this field.

Precise weld preparations are achieved along both edges of the pates simultaneously, with the option of machining the 3rd and 4^th edges also. Radiused, tapered, conical and trapezoidal plate forms can be achieved, together with vertical deviation tracking to ensure perfect preps every time. This design lends itself to fully automated systemisation, integrating seamlessly with tacking and weld out in a continuous flow.
