SHEET METAL MILLING MACHINE PFM

This versatile range is designed to mill a broad range of edge preparation types to suit the sheet, plate and pipe industries. Decades of dedication and experience ensures our machinery is the force to be reckoned with in this field.

Precise weld preparations are achieved along both edges of the pates simultaneously, with the option of machining the 3rd and 4th edges also. Radiused, tapered, conical and trapezoidal plate forms can be achieved, together with vertical deviation tracking to ensure perfect preps every time. This design lends itself to fully automated systemisation, integrating seamlessly with tacking and weld out in a continuous flow.

PIPE BEVELLING MACHINE RFM

The LINSINGER backlash-free drive technology is ideal for high-precision bevel processing. This lends itself to manufacturing API welding chamfer on both pipe ends.

STRIP EDGE MILLING MACHINE BFMK

This specialised range is aimed at continuous edge milling while still reaping the benefits of the PFM system. This design lends itself to fully automated systems, integrating seamlessly with tacking and weld out of spiral and/or seamed pipe manufacture in a continuous flow.
