Starting with the 600 series (600mm MAX Ø), then moving up to the 2000 series, the MPMC range is already impressive. Add to this the current maximum component capacity of 80t, 15m length and 2m diameter and the range soon starts to reveal its true advantages.

MillTurn is almost an understatement on closer inspection; In addition to the universal turning-milling heads, a comprehensive selection of attachments (in-house design and patents) allows WEINGÄRTNER to tackle all machining requirements of complex components in one single setup. All our attachments and auxiliary heads are automatically exchanged during the manufacturing process.

This Vario range deals with peeling, whirling and the fully automatic in-process measuring of ballscrew spindles and nuts, mud motors as well as PC and industrial pumps, making this a dedicated enhanced machining center. Through-bore options allows longer parts to be machined using our pull through technology.

The Finish range succeeds through polishing and grinding in combination with a fully integrated measuring system. This machine tool covers all finalization steps required for components produced on WEINGÄRTNER machinery.

The new Pick-Up 400 concept has linked both proven Pick-Up and innovative MPMC technology. Consequently, this more recent addition to the Pick-Up range employs a blend of the tried and tested cutting concepts used in the Pick-Up classic machine series, with prism jaw steadies, a stable headstock and tailstock, in combination with the powerful and flexible machining technology of the MPMC turning and milling centre.
