MillTurn is almost an understatement on closer inspection; In addition to the universal turning-milling heads, a comprehensive selection of attachments (in-house design and patents) allows WEINGÄRTNER to tackle all machining requirements of complex components in one single setup. All our attachments and auxiliary heads are automatically exchanged during the manufacturing process.

This offering is aimed at small to medium sides batch work, for complete “1-hit” manufacture. An intelligent MillTurn, with intuitiveness at heart, from this Japanese powerhouse.

This Vario range deals with peeling, whirling and the fully automatic in-process measuring of ballscrew spindles and nuts, mud motors as well as PC and industrial pumps, making this a dedicated enhanced machining center. Through-bore options allows longer parts to be machined using our pull through technology.
